“‘If we are lucky enough to obtain master plan approval, it would be our intent to be back before you fairly expeditiously with respect to a preliminary plan,’ said Michael Resnick, an attorney for the applicant, at a Planning Board meeting last Thursday, Sept. 28, prior to the board approving the conceptual plan”.
