KSP recently obtained master plan approval for a thirty-six (36) lot subdivision in the Town of Charlestown.
KSP represented the developer in this conventional residential cluster development with immense opposition from various neighbor groups as well as strong opposition from the local Planning Commission and Town Planner.
As a result of KSP’s vigorous representation, the client obtained master plan approval and is presently applying for state agency approvals, from Coastal Resource Management Council and the Department of Environmental Management, as well as its preliminary plan application with the Town, with the assistance of KSP Law.
