Nicholas joined the firm in January 2020 as an associate attorney in KS&P Law’s litigation department. He graduated from Providence College magna cum laude, with a degree in Economics and Political Science. Nicholas then attended law school at Villanova University, graduating cum laude. While in law school, he clerked in the EPA’s Land, Chemicals and Redevelopment Division, and served as a student attorney in Villanova’s Farmworker Legal Aid Clinic.
Since law school, Nicholas has worked in private practice, representing clients in a variety of matters throughout Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Connecticut in all stages of civil litigation. Nicholas comes to KS&P Law after having worked in a Quincy, MA law firm, where he focused on litigation surrounding real estate, land use, construction, and condominium law in Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
Nicholas is an active member of the community. He volunteers his time with environmental non-profits and serves on the Historical Commission and Community Preservation Committee in his hometown. He also sits on the Board of his local amateur baseball umpiring association.
