KSP Law successfully obtained preliminary plan approvals for a special use permits and associated dimensional zoning relief before the Town of Johnston Planning Board under the Town’s unified development ordinance for two self-storage facility developments.
The first development is comprised of three structures with approximately 20,000 square feet of storage space and the second development comprised of one structure with approximately 2,000 square feet of storage space.
