Dane Ardente joined KSP in early 2021 as an associate attorney fresh out of law school. He graduated from Roger Williams University School of Law in May of 2020 and began working for the firm just two weeks after passing the Rhode Island Bar Exam.
Dane interned for a number of different organizations during his time as a law student, including private firms such Bilodeau Capalbo and First National Title & Escrow. Further, He has gained experience interning for governmental organizations, such as The Rhode Island Office of The Attorney General, where he served under the Special Assistant Attorney General of the Civil Division. Dane’s professional and legal experience has been centered around property disputes, land use litigation, environmental and administrative procedure, construction litigation, and contract disputes within the state of Rhode Island for both private entities, and governmental interests. Furthermore, Dane spent an entire semester of his second year of law school working for the Environmental and Land Use Clinic, where he gained a multitude of experience and understanding of the demands and challenges Rhode Island faces concerning ever-changing land use issues in modern times.
Dane is a native Rhode Islander who grew up working for a fourth generation family business and has served as a member of both the RWUSOL Construction Law Society and the RWUSOL Environmental Law Society. Additionally, he has served as a volunteer for organizations specializing in land, fish, and game management, and has assisted in projects involving wildlife conservation and fisheries management for organizations such as Ducks Unlimited and The National Wild Turkey Federation.
Currently, Dane is licensed to practice in Rhode Island and is continuing to acquire new credentials and licensures during his early years of practicing law.
