ANDREW G. BLAIS
Andrew Blais is an associate attorney in the firm’s litigation department. He handles a wide range of matters, including business, real estate, condominium and construction litigation. In addition, Andrew contributes to the full range of KS&P Law’s practice areas. Andrew is admitted to practice in both Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
Andrew attended Roger Williams University School of Law, where he was a member of both the moot court and Roger Williams University Law Review. He interned for the Rhode Island Department of Health, Care New England, and for Retired Chief Justice Frank J. Williams, where he worked on both mediation and arbitration cases. Andrew graduated cum laude from
Roger Williams, and was awarded CALI Awards for Academic Excellence in Professional Responsibility, Payment Systems, Administrative Law, and First Amendment Law.
After law school, Andrew clerked in the Rhode Island Superior Court in Providence, Rhode Island. There, he gained a wealth of experience in assisting judges on various matters. During that time, Andrew co-authored Apple of Gold and Picture of Silver: How Abraham Lincoln Would Analyze the Fourteenth Amendment’s Equal Protection Clause, 22 Roger Williams U. L.

Before joining KS&P Law, Andrew worked for a veteran’s disability law firm, serving as a representative of veterans before the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.
